❓ Why have we become less compassionate?
❓ Why have we become more judgmental?
OK, you can argue that it’s human and that it happens to all of us.
True.
But it feels like we have allowed judgment to dominate our speech and our behavior.
Today, I dare to challenge you:
👉 If you reflect on your own behavior, how conscious are you when you’re judging others❓
…
👉 And then let’s go even deeper, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗝𝗨𝗗𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙❓
Whether you like it or not,
▪️ 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱.
▪️ 𝗪𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱.
Profound …
That’s why practicing compassion is so important!
Compassion makes others feel good.
And compassion makes 𝘶𝘴 feel good.
A Win – Win situation 😉
I’ll finish with this:
▪️ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗔𝗬 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗞 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗦 𝗔 𝗟𝗢𝗧 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗔𝗬 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗞 𝗧𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙!
Let that sink …
And practice compassion more often! 🙏
